Omotenacism (the "Company") promotes protection of private information by defining the privacy policy, establishing a system for protection of private information, and thoroughly making all our employees aware of the importance of protection of private information and implementing the measures.

Managing of Private Information

In order to maintain and protect our customers' private information and to prevent illegal access to such private information, loss, breach, falsification and leakage of private information, the company shall strictly manage private information by taking necessary measures such as maintaining a security system, establishing a management system, and providing training to our employees.

Usage of Private Information

Private information is used within the range of the purpose of its usage and handled appropriately.
In cases where private information is jointly used with a third party or its handling is outsourced, the Company shall strictly investigate the third party and control it appropriately to maintain confidentiality.

Prohibition on the Disclosure and Provision of Private Information to the Third Parties

The Company shall appropriately manage the private information which it obtained from customers and shall not disclose the data to third parties except for any of the following cases.

When customers agree to disclose the data
When the Company discloses the data to any service provider it outsources its operation to in order to provide services customers wish to have

Security Measures for Private Information

The Company takes thorough security measures to secure accuracy and safety of private information.

Verification of Identity

In case a customer wishes to verify, correct, or remove his/her private information, the Company shall accommodate the request after verifying the identity of the customer.

Compliance with Laws and Regulations and Review of the Privacy Policy

The Company shall comply with Japanese laws and other regulations relating to the private information it holds, and stirive to improve the Privacy Policy by reviewing it in a timely manner.
