Our experience of working in a global and diverse environment has helped us deepen our understanding of Japan and other cultures and enriched our lives, and we'd like to support to create organizations where everyone can materialize one's dream while enjoying working for such organizations.
I believe that every person has the ability to reach his/her own potential and that any work has its own values.
I'd like people to be aware of their own value by accepting others with a different set of values and creating synergy, and working together.

career background
Graduated from the Business School of Business Breakthrough University with a Master of Business Administration.
After graduating from the literature department of Meiji University, worked for a leading precision instrument manufacturer, and Cathay Pacific Airways Co. Ltd. Lived in Hong Kong for 11 years.
Upon returning to Japan, worked at Yokohama Intercontinental Hotel, Hermes Japon Co. Ltd. as a training Manager of HR, then for Chanel K.K. as a training director.
Served as a HR director for an Italian luxury brand between Studied business coaching and received guidance from Dr. Marshal Goldsmith.
Became independent in 2012 as a business coach. Started Omotenacism in November 2013.

career background
After graduating university, worked for American Express International Inc. Then, worked for Japan Airlines Co. Ltd., Gap Japan K.K., a luxury consumer product company as a manager and following that worked for a foreign insurance company as an HR training manager.
Started as a HR training consultant since 2001.
Based on own experience of customer service, sales, shop manager training, train-the-trainer training and mystery shopping, provides programs from a viewpoint of personnel in the front line. Participated in Omotenacism kick-off in November 2013.
Good at drawing strength of a team with facilitation and feedback skills accumulated by own abundant experience as a trainer.

Worked as an interpreter/translator at embassies and businesses, and as a part-time lecturer at a junior college.
At present, teaches business English, cross-cultural understanding, and international business manner at public offices, businesses and universities.
Part-time lecturer at Global Study Faculty of Tama University and English Major Program of Kanda Institute of Foreign Languages.
Focus on psychology in various business situations.
Her seminars are well received as "Fun", "Doable" and "Easy to understand". 21 years experience as a lecturer.

Worked for Cathay Pacific Airways as an CA and for All Nippon Airways as an CA for International flights with flight time exceeding 11,000 hours.
Not only pursuing for customer satisfaction inflight, but involved in training subordinates and for team management as a chief purser.
After leaving a flying career, worked as a secretary to a vice president of a national university and worked in a general affairs department of a domestic airline.
At present, working as a career consultant and business manner consultant.
Through trainings at government offices, universities, and businesses, engage in human resource nurturing to bring out individual's potentials.

After graduating university, worked for Toyota as "Toyota Pretty", an image lady for Toyota motors in charge of sales promotion activities.
Then, while doing TV and radio MC as a freelance, worked as an HR trainer for businesses.
