Graduated from the Business School of Business Breakthrough University with a Master of Business Administration.
After graduating from the literature department of Meiji University, worked for a leading precision instrument manufacturer, and Cathay Pacific Airways Co. Ltd. Lived in Hong Kong for 11 years.
Upon returning to Japan, worked at Yokohama Intercontinental Hotel, Hermes Japon Co. Ltd. as a training Manager of HR, then for Chanel K.K. as a training director.
Served as a HR director for an Italian luxury brand between Studied business coaching and received guidance from Dr. Marshal Goldsmith.
Became independent in 2012 as a business coach. Started Omotenacism in November 2013.Books
