Graduated from the Business school of Business Breakthrough University with a Master of Business Administration.
After graduating from the literature department of Meiji University, worked for Seiko Instruments Inc. and Cathay Pacific Airways Co. Ltd. Lived in Hong Kong for 11 years.
After returning to Japan, worked at Yokohama Grand Intercontinental Hotel, Hermes Japon Co. Ltd., Chanel K.K. as an HR training manager. Then served as an HR Director of an Italian luxury brand between 2007 and 2012. Studied business coaching and received guidance from Dr. Marshal Goldsmith. Became independent in 2012 by establishing a company in Hong Kong. Started Omotenacism in November 2013 has stayed in the post since.
